  • Provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders or creating an account.

3. Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website:

  • You are making an offer to purchase goods.
  • A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email or physically dispatch the goods.

If we reject your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in GBP (£).
  • Payments must be made at the time of order using the payment methods available on our website.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a pricing error or if payment authorization is declined.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified during checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order is delayed or lost:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receipt by emailing trenddroppers@gmail.com with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

6. Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

  1. Notify us via email at trenddroppers@gmail.com within the 14 days.
  2. Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

We will refund the full amount, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

Your right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., grooming tools, food).
  • Custom or personalized goods.
  • Perishable goods, such as opened pet food.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Return Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return postage costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, Trend Dropper will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the goods in question.

This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
