Shipping Policy
Purchasing Products from Our Store
Prices and VAT
- All product prices listed on our Store include VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable.
- Specific VAT charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process based on your selected delivery method and destination.
Product Availability and Pricing
- We strive to ensure accurate pricing and stock availability for all products. However, errors may occur.
- If a product’s correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order at the revised price or cancel it.
- Prices are subject to change at any time before your order is placed.
Out-of-Stock Items
- If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email. You can choose to:
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Wait for the product to restock.
- Accept a substitute product of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
Delivery Estimates and Charges
- Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
- For large or complex orders, additional delivery fees may apply. You will be notified of any extra charges before dispatch.
Orders Sent to EU Countries
- For orders under €150 (excluding shipping), VAT is included in the checkout price. No additional VAT will be due upon delivery.
Orders Sent Outside the UK and EU
- Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and EU may incur Customs Duty, Excise Duty, and/or Goods Service Tax (GST).
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable import fees, taxes, or duties required for customs clearance.
- If these charges are not paid, the shipment may be returned to us. Return fees and an administrative charge of up to £25 may be deducted from your refund.
Refusal of Delivery
- If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import duties or taxes, and the shipment is returned to us, we will deduct the following from your refund:
- A return charge of up to £25.
- A minimum administrative fee of £5.
Security Checks
- We reserve the right to conduct random security checks on orders.
- If additional verification is required, our Customer Relations team will contact you. Orders may be delayed if we cannot promptly reach you.
Your Right to Cancel
- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
- The cancellation period starts the day after you receive the goods.
Returns from Outside the UK
- All returned items sent from outside the UK must be clearly labelled as "Returned Item" to avoid customs charges.
- Any customs fees incurred due to improper labeling may be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Costs for Cancelled Orders
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
- For faulty or misdescribed items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs, in compliance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
