Refund and Return Policy for Trend Dropper
At Trend Dropper, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
General Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products
If your product is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Items will be inspected upon return. If no fault is found, or if the product has been tampered with, the product will be returned to you, and additional return postage fees may apply.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is:
- It is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.
- Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., cat and dog food) once opened or partially consumed.
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved collars, bespoke pet furniture).
- Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g., grooming tools, chew toys).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Contact Customer Support:
- Email us at trenddroppers@gmail.com within the return window to initiate your return.
- Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items).

Send the Return:
- Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your existing item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at trenddroppers@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Items
Lost Orders
You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if your order is lost during transit.
Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged, please report it to trenddroppers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (e.g., photos).
Important Notes
- This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Ensure items meet the return eligibility criteria. Products that do not qualify will be returned to you at your expense.
- Trend Dropper remains responsible for your item until it is delivered to you.
- If you decide to return the product after 7 days, a 25% restocking fee, plus a deduction of £0.50 adminestration fee, will be subtracted from your original payment.
